To save a date, we need to know the date, time and place.  We also will need the number of attendees. 
To reserve a date, we ask for a $50 deposit to hold the date.  Payable when the date is booked, the balance will be due on the day of the event.  Should you need to cancel, you may receive a refund if you cancel 7 business days before the scheduled date.  If cancellation is less than 7 days before your scheduled date, your deposit may be applied to a booking in the next 90 days.  After 90 days, no refunds will be available. 

Why a deposit?  We book by appointment, first come first served.  If clients cancel last minute, we have no opportunity to book someone else into that slot.  We appreciate your consideration and it helps us schedule appropriately. 

Do you start when you get there?  We schedule most events back to back and need to start at the pre-determined start time.  If we get started late at the first one, then we are late all day.  We strive to give prompt and professional service, show up on time as scheduled.  Occasionally there will be weather or traffic conditions but all in all, we arrive when we say and we appreciate customers who do the same.
